By downloading or using Conscious ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. What Conscious is
Conscious is a personal focus and digital-wellbeing tool. It displays your own, already-logged-in Instagram web session inside the app and removes or limits features designed to maximize scrolling (such as Reels, Explore, and suggested posts), and adds your own schedules, limits, and reflection tools.
Conscious is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. "Instagram" is a trademark of its respective owner. You use Conscious with your own Instagram account, and your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram's own terms.
2. Your account and your content
Conscious does not create an account for you and does not access your Instagram credentials. You are responsible for your own Instagram account and for complying with Instagram's terms while using it.
3. Subscriptions
Conscious is offered as an auto-renewing subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: don't reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it to break any law or any third party's terms.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but Instagram can change its website at any time, which may temporarily break parts of Conscious. We do not guarantee the app will always work without interruption.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Conscious and its makers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
