Conscious asks me to log into Instagram. Is that safe?

Yes. Conscious shows Instagram's own website inside the app and you log in directly with Instagram, just like in a browser. Your login never touches our servers — it stays on your device. We never see your password.

Reels / Explore came back.

Instagram changes its website often. Force-quit and reopen the app to refresh. If it sticks around, email us with your iOS version and we'll push a fix.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Conscious → Cancel.

How do I delete my data?

Open Conscious → the c. button in the bottom bar → Settings → "Clear all data." Deleting the app also removes everything.

Conscious isn't blocking anything / login won't load.
